EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSUD S K LERIK KUPANG TAHUN 2018 DENGAN METODE ATC/DDD DAN DU 90%

Abstract

Hypertension is defined as a persistent increase in arterial blood pressure. Hypertension occurs when a person's condition has a systolic pressure equal to or higher than 140 mmHg and a diastolic pressure equal to or higher than 90 mmHg consistently over time. Increased blood pressure for a long time (persistent) can cause damage to the kidneys (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain (causing strokes), if not detected early and receive adequate treatment. This study aims to determine the use of antihypertensive in hospitalized patients in RSUD S. K Lerik Kupang in 2018. This study is a descriptive study with data collection retrospectively. Data taken Antihypertensive use is in the form and name of antihypertensive, dosage form, dosage strength, amount of use, and the rules of user. The results use of antihypertensive calculated as Defined Daily Dose (DDD) per 100 patient days and based on DU 90 % criteria. The results of this study are based on quantitative analysis with ATC / DDD and DU 90 % methods. It is known that the antihypertensive used by patients with hypertension of inpatients at the S. K Lerik Hospital in Kupang in 2018 is ACEI, diuretic, ARB, CCB, adrenergic and beta inhibitors The most widely used antihypertensive quantity using are the CCB group namely amlodipine and the second is the ACE-I group namely captopril. Antihypertensives used in inpatients at RSUD S. K Lerik Kupang in 2018 which are in accordance with the Hospital Formulary in RSUD S. K Lerik Kupang.
