EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RSUP DR. SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATEN TAHUN 2010 DENGAN METODE ATC/DDD

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal, which is higher than 140 mmHg systolic or 90 mmHg diastolic. Hypertension was instrumental to the cause of death thousands of people, due to associated diseases are dangerous, such as stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and kidney failure.This study aims to determine the antihypertensive drugs using in inpatients at Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten in 2010 based on the type and quantity of antihypertensive using, calculated by ATC / DDD method. This study is descriptive with data collection retrospectively. Data taken antihypertensive use is in the form of classes and antihypertensive name, dosage form, dosage strength, the amount of usage, as well as the rules of its user. The result of the use of antihypertensive calculated as the Defined Daily Dose (DDD) per 100 patient days and based on the criteria DU90%. The results of this research is based on quantitative analysis by ATC/DDD method and DU90% is known that antihypertensive used by patients with hypertension of inpatients at RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten in 2010 was the class of ACEI, diuretic, ARB, CCB and beta-blockers and then the most of widely antihypertensive quantity using are ACEI captopril (34.809%). Antihypertensive drugs using in inpatients at Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten in 2010 in accordance with the Hospital Formulary is captopril, hydrochlorothiazide, lisinopril and bisoprolol, as well as  in accordance with DOEN is captopril, hydrochlorothiazide, lisinopril and nifedipin.
